Driven by a strong passion for academic and professional development, he proceeded to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, obtaining a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, followed by an HND in Public Administration from Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi.
In pursuit of peacebuilding and leadership knowledge, he enrolled at the University of Port Harcourt, earning a B.Sc. in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, and later a Master's Degree in Criminology and Security Studies (2018–2019).
Military Career
Chief Amb. Uwaegbulem Elias Onyebuchi began his professional career in the Nigerian Armed Forces. During his military service, he underwent extensive professional and tactical training, including specialized training as a Special Forces operative. He was deployed for insurgency operations in Northern Nigeria and participated in various national and international assignments, earning commendations and leadership responsibilities before voluntarily resigning to pursue broader entrepreneurial opportunities.

Following his military service, he founded Multilink Security and Logistics Limited, providing reputable security and logistics services. He is also the promoter of Prime Developers Real Estate Company, contributing to property development within Nigeria's real estate sector. Together, these ventures form the Elias Group of Companies.
